It’s been a while, blog-o-mine. I figured it was time to finally post up some of the doodles I did in an animal character design class I took summer 2008 from David Colman! I still don’t have a scanner, so once again it’s cleaned-up iPhone photos. (Sorry! :<) There’s a lot of things wrong with these drawings, but I learned A LOT in the process. . . that’s all that counts!
Thought I’d post some of my stuff from my sketchbooks around the time of “Cloudy.” Sorry for the cruddy image quality, I’m still looking into a decent-but-not-overpriced scanner!

For the Redrawn Blog!
So I found my journal from when I was in second grade. I’m not sure about other public school systems, but LAUSD required us to keep a journal that we were supposed to write in during class. Anyway, I found a few gems I had to share:

For the past few weeks I’ve been taking an online storyboarding class through Schoolism.com. Here’s some quick character doodles for my latest assignment (I’m a bit behind… ack) based on a script called “The Dysfunctional Dam.”
Have I mentioned how I hate creating interior home environments? I automatically think of a couch, a lamp and a TV. And the rest of the house is empty.
I had to do something to get that horrendous drawing from being the first thing that pops up when someone comes here.
Nothing awesome to post on the thesis front yet, but here’s a quick little doodle of myself I did last night.
