As Director of Operations and Content Marketing Manager at Circle Social Inc., I designed and led training programs for internal teams and external healthcare clients, managing up to 166 projects per month across behavioral health, addiction treatment, and healthcare organizations.

Internal SOPs & Team Training

  • Created and delivered a comprehensive onboarding training program for new hires covering content strategy, SEO, editorial standards, and client communication workflows

  • Developed cross-departmental workflow training for writers, editors, designers, and PPC specialists to improve collaboration and reduce production bottlenecks

As Executive Director of Indiana ACTE, I helped create the FOCUS|Ed initiative — a statewide professional development and educator engagement program designed in partnership with the Governor's Workforce Council.

  • Hosted statewide professional development conferences for career and technical education (CTE) educators

  • Designed programming focused on educator recruitment, retention, and professional growth

  • Coordinated workshops and speaker sessions addressing workforce alignment, industry partnerships, and instructional innovation in CTE

  • Partnered with state agencies and industry stakeholders to connect CTE educators with current labor market data and emerging career pathways

Alumni & Leadership Training

As an Indiana HOSA Alumni Member, I have designed and delivered training programs for both alumni volunteers and student officers.

Alumni Training

  • Developed and led training sessions for HOSA alumni on volunteer roles, conference support, and mentoring best practices

  • Created onboarding materials and guides for new alumni joining the Indiana HOSA network
